This just in from our press contact at Fox! The very first teaser trailer for the upcoming film from BlueSky/20th Century Fox film Peanuts!  When I first heard about this film I was a bit skeptical to it’s success simply because 2d films to 3d films have been done so badly in the past with films like Yogi Bear and the Smurfs. Okay let me rephrase that, the translation of the characters was a harsh one from flat 2d to 3d, one which I personally did not like. Your mileage might vary. I have to say now that I’ve seen this that they’ve really handled the  2d aspects well. I like how the camera is locked and they just pop from 3/4 to side with ease. You can tell it’s done but it’s quick and it doesn’t bother me at all. I also like how they managed to almost make it feel like it’s claymation. Great job guys and I’m really looking forward to this film now! Even more I can’t wait to see the behind the scenes of how they did it!
